Plain-language privacy information
We designed the public site and Food Feel tools to collect as little information as practical. Here is what may be sent and when another service is involved.

Anonymous website use
We may collect limited product-use signals such as the page viewed, device-size category, language, and whether a Food Feel step was completed. These events use a random identifier that lasts only for the browser session.
Anonymous Food Feel and Daily Tracker responses
When you finish a Food Feel Profile or log a meal in the Daily Tracker, we may collect the structured choices in aggregate: which listed foods or textures were rated, difficulty and feeling selections, and for meals the meal slot, texture, how swallowing went, fixed-list symptoms and timing, amount eaten, strategies that helped, and the practice scales. These arrive under the same session-only random identifier and cannot be connected to you or across visits. Anything you type yourself, including food names, notes, and written answers, and any photos, stay on your device and are never sent.
Feedback you choose to send
If you use a feedback box, your yes-or-no response and any optional comment are sent to us. Please do not put names, medical details, or other personal information in a feedback comment.
Cookies and technical diagnostics
The public site uses a cookie to remember your language preference. We also use technical error and performance monitoring on public pages to keep the site reliable; that service may receive standard device, browser, network, and page information when an error or sampled performance event occurs. Monitoring is disabled for clinical, provider, payer, account, and admin areas. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
Booking, videos, and outside services
Booking links open SimplePractice, clinician education links may open STEP or other sites, and videos may load from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode. Those services have their own privacy practices. Information you submit to a booking or patient-care service is handled separately from the anonymous website-use data described here.
