Our services
From your first evaluation to a personalized plan, we look at the whole you. Here is how we can help you eat, drink, and swallow with more comfort and confidence.

Oral Evaluation & Swallowing Screen
The first step. We look at how your mouth and throat move and feel, and listen to your story. No machines needed.

Swallowing X-Ray (MBSS / VFSS)
You eat and drink foods mixed with barium while we watch your swallow in motion on X-ray, right here in our office.

Camera Swallow Study (FEES)
A thin, soft camera goes gently through the nose to watch your throat as you swallow. No X-rays are used.

Targeted Therapy
A plan built around the whole you: food changes, positioning, exercises, devices, and referrals as needed.

Consultation & Referral
Second opinions, caregiver guidance, and teamwork with your other doctors, so everyone is on the same page.

Pills & Swall-Well Checks
Focused help for pill swallowing, plus baseline checks to track how your swallowing is doing over time.
Common questions
Do you take insurance?
Yes. We accept several major plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. Coverage can vary by plan and visit type, so we are happy to help you check your benefits before you come in.
Do I need a referral?
You do not need a referral to book your first visit. Some insurance plans ask for one, and we will help you check. If your plan asks for one, we will guide you on how to get it.
Can you share records with my doctor?
Yes, with your permission. We can send your results and reports to your primary care doctor or specialist so your whole care team stays on the same page.
How long is recovery?
It depends on the person and the cause of the swallowing problem. Some people feel better after a few visits, while others follow a longer plan. Your clinician will talk with you about what to expect.
Do you see walk-ins?
We work by appointment so we can give each person the time they need. Please reach out to book a visit and we will find a time that works for you.
What's a consultation vs. a medical visit?
A consultation gives you education, information, and options. A medical visit adds a hands-on evaluation and, when needed, treatment with a licensed speech-language pathologist.
Ready to take the next step?
We will find the right first visit for you and answer your questions along the way.
